Mix all of the meatloaf ingredients in a large bowl, don’t over mix it. Add more bread crumb if needed, or add more milk if needed. You’ll know when the consistency is right.
Add mix to your loaf pan, I have a 9”x5” pan. Bake for 35 minutes
In a small bowl, mix all of the ingredients together for the glaze. Pour over the meatloaf when 35 minutes have passed. Put back into oven for 10 minutes.
Once done, let rest for 5-10 minutes before cutting/serving
